Please pray for total surrender to Jesus and His word!! Thank you!! I need prayers for a young Christian man dating my granddaughter in Texas. He is experiencing sudden onset of what appears to be paranoia schizophrenia. We really feel like this is a spiritual battle because the doctors are finding nothing physically wrong. But this young man has been in prayer and fasting for almost 2 weeks before this started. Protection from the enemy, healing, and drawing closer together to God! Thank you God bless you! 🙂 Praying for my niece's healing. Hospital all night 12a-8a with Croup. Her 2nd birthday is tomorrow, Sunday, August 10th. Praying over my mom and family as the viruses that can cause croup may be contagious. Mom has a partial pancreas and no spleen unless GOD replaces it. We believe He can. Pray for my broken marriage relationship which is unstable .pray for my ex husband to restore his Life. Please pray that I will complete my projects and stay on task at work. I pray for my relationships with my co-workers. I feel very excluded at work and often feel like my co-workers will not help or answer questions about projects or the organization. It is very frustrating and difficult managing a job and family without support. When I try to approach my supervisor about my concerns, it doesn't help. I need this job to support my child as a 1 income household. My husband and I are in the process of having a home built for us. It was supposed to be ready for closing on 9/29.
They haven't fixed a couple of major issues that we've pointed out about a month ago now.
We may have to back out as it's a safety issue and big purchase.
It's become a stressful time as I'm ~20 weeks pregnant and was ready to set up a nursery finally for our ours baby and my stepsons' room setup too.
Please pray this gets settled or God has another home ready for us.
My son and I deserve a nursery and we all deserve a home for our new family as the current home was their first family home which has never felt like mine. My husband started a new job this week and I’m struggling with a lot of anxiety and fear and about it for various different reasons. Please help me pray that if this job is part of God’s plan and His best for us that these feelings I’m having would stop and I would have peace. Please pray that if this isn’t God’s best or part of His plan that He would stop this and open up the right door for us. This is really putting a strain on our marriage and I know that the enemy wants to steal, kill, and destroy so please pray that either way God would intervene and answer this prayer. I will say that we were in some type of ministry most of our married life (30 years) and my husband stepped away from that about 12 years ago and we have struggled and it’s been an uphill battle ever since. I believe with every fiber of my being that God is not done with us yet and that He called us and still has something for us. Please stand in prayer with me for my marriage and my family and that God would order our steps in the way He wants us to go, not the way we want or think we should go. A dear woman of God, along with her disabled army veteran husband(in wheelchair) are in need of housing. Both have major health concerns. After decades of renting the same home, the landlord has passed away. His family plans to sell that home asap. They know the Lord “has plans to prosper them & not to harm them”. They covet all prayers for provision & protection. Praise God for the beautiful new home that is being prepared for them, accessible & perfectly fitted to their needs & PEACE in the journey.
I would like to first Thank God for all the blessings he has given me over the years because where I use to be and my situation wasn't good at all and he gave me a second chance on My life and to get things right and thankfully I did. But I also had my mom's support no matter how bad she wanted to wash her hands of me and My sister she never did and always stuck it out with us. Well in 2010 I lost my dad due to cancer and I thought that was the most painful and heartbreaking things in my life to happen. And at that time I hadn't been to church but maybe some when I was a little girl but never grew up in church and so in my eyes GOD was punishing me and took my friend, my dad from me. Well fastford 10+ years later I meet who is my husband now and my best friend and truly am GREATFUL for him and we had our daughter who is 5yrs old now and it was a miracle just for me and her to be here today but now my mother got some horrible news about her health. She is dying from heart failure and they have done everything they could have done but nothing has worked and her liver is shutting down so no DR will even rush anymore surgeries and she is living with me and my husband now and we're going to take care of her until it's her time but I thought I'd already been through this really bad pain and hurt and heartache before but when it comes to your OWN MOM that actually changes things. She is my best friend and we were so close my entire life and still are and how am I supposed to now loose both my parents. And city hills is our church we attend but haven't been able to in few months now and we watch online when we can but I feel so defeated so lost so scared and financially idk what we are going to do for my mom when that comes. A couple months ago my mom had 2 strokes and had to be put on life support and she pulled through but during that time my only sibling who has a drug addiction stole everything from my mom empty her back account and took over 20 loans out and actually caused my mom to loose her place to live so you see I've just got one problem after another right now and if ever a time before right now I definitely need GOD to help me and my husband is a life saver and I couldn't do anything without him and he doesn't know how GREATFUL I'll forever be for him and his support. But also we need prayer please for both of us and our marriage to be blessed and knowing that the Lord is here and he's got us. Please keep my family in your prayers. Thank you Pray for healing mentally and physically for our family.. for family fighting addiction to be healed.. thank you God for everything you have done for us ..I pray that we follow in your footsteps and to do what you have a calling for us to do.. please guide us through this and give us the wisdom and strength to get through. My Grandad had a brain bleed and my Nana who has advanced dementia may be placed in a nursing home. Praying specifically for wisdom in decisions and next steps as well as salvation for both of them.
My Grandmother recovered from colon cancer 10 months ago but has been diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. We're unsure how much time we have, but she's at peace with God's plans. Praying for either a miracle or peace and understanding for our family when her time comes. I pray for the healing Holy Spirit to rain down on my family and friends. There’s so many who need healing I pray, especially for my new husband. Dear Lord I ask for wisdom at work and with everyone I encounter that I may somehow, in this crazy world, say and do the right things and bring people closer to you. Pray that I will hear the doctors declare me cancer free. I am believing God for a miracle. No Evidence of Disease on upcoming test and supernatural wisdom for myself and my care team. Please pray for my friend who is having marital issues. Her husband entered the police force and seems to be a different person, being tempted by the world and it’s subtle evils. Pray for my friend to remain faithful and their kids who are starting to notice differences, that they would not be confused by the differing spiritual opinions in their household. Pray that the Truth grows louder than the lies. Pray with me for my kids salvation in Jesus, and their life glorify the Lord all their days. Aug 3 day 9 of Chemo.
Blood work looks good, still in the PICU, they are weaning her off her pain meds( Fentanyl and Ketamine) she is unconsolably hasn't slept in over 24 hrs. Withdrawals are bad. They gave her a antipsychotic drug to help her sleep. She will be off Chemo from two weeks then reassess and do another round.
Her brother is having a hard time because he is so use to both parents being home with him, he's 4.
God has been so very very good to us. Please keep Praying

The current prognosis is not good but my family and I are believing for a miracle so I'm coming to city hills asking for prayer for my mother that God will use her as a testimony and a testament of his miracle's, sign and wonders. Please pray for my disabled daughter. That God will bless her in her body. That God will bless her financially as she will be able to pay her bills. That she will have favor with her bill collectors. Hi. Prayer for protection for my friend and her family. She’s under heavy spiritual attack from the enemy. God bless you! Please pray for my friend. He just got evicted from his apartment and may lose his business and everything he has. He is at a mental breaking point. He is about to give up on life. Please pray for a miracle that he will not lose faith in God and will find direction and provision for his life. Lord, my loyal wife has carried the burden of a constant pain since 2016. And she has had to live with a debilitating chronic fatigue since 2001. My father, I ask you to rid her of these human frailties. You are The God Almighty! You created the universe and everything in it. You can rid her of these health issues. Your Glory will be more pronounced when you do relieve her of these health issues ailments. She is a true Daughter of God! During her time in dealing with this constant pain-filled existence, she showed this unbelieving selfish sinner Your Grace. The Grace that broke open a heart hardened by living in the world. Please take away her pain and fatigue so that she can feel the purpose You have for her. Lord, I ask all of this in the name of Jesus who died for our sins and three days later defeated death by being resurrected. Amen! A Friend Of 73 Years Has Ask For Prayers For Her 54 Year Old Son My friend died of cancer almost a year ago. Please pray for her son, who is struggling. Pray that he will find direction in his life. Please pray his low self esteem, worries, and anxieties are obliterated. Please pray that her daughter is able to deal with the grief of losing her mother as she navigates another year of college. Please pray both children learn of God and become saved. Pray for my 5 year old grandson. He has been having seizures. Pray for healing and strength for mom and dad. I have been battling depression for the last year. please pray I’ll keep my mind fortified and focused on the spirit. I've been struggling financially and even worse since we was in a car wreck. We're homeless and going place to place hotel to hotel even times we've had to sleep in the car. I have a baby already and I'm due with my second in just less than a month. I've had complications with the pregnancy his health and mine and there's just so much going on I feel lost and depressed and I'm trying to not lose my faith. I feel so overwhelmed and have hardly any support or friends I'm new to Knoxville had to come here knowing I'd be homeless due to leaving a domestic violence situation. I'm trying so so hard and God has had my back in many situations the past few months when things could've been so much worse and I'm grateful I just need prayers for things to get better all around in every aspect of my life Please pray for my mom and dad. My mom was diagnosed with bladder cancer several months ago, and had to undergo twelve weeks of chemo therapy. She will likely still need to have some or all of her bladder removed, and knew this going into the chemo therapy, but also found out it would be better for her to do the chemo before the surgery, since it saves her from having to do it after. She'll get the final results from the chemo treatments and discuss what her next steps are on August 11th. Today I received a call from her that my dad has been having an issue that she's been urging him for days to go to the emergency room. He has been on oxygen for a while now, and rarely leaves the house. He usually can't walk more than a short distance without getting winded and needing to rest. My mom noticed a couple of days ago his legs were pink and purple and has been bugging him to get it checked out. Today he told her he couldn't breathe and she needed to call 911. She did, and he is in the hospital now. Before he told her to call 911, he was telling her he was going to wait to get it looked at until after her upcoming appointment. The not being able to breathe finally pushed him to the point that he knew he needed help. They are in Ormond Beach, Florida. I just had a hip replacement surgery today, so there's no way I can go help them. Fortunately my cousin lives down the street from them, and does help them out when she can. Please pray for them. Please pray that a job opportunity opens up for my husband closer to home and that my family grows closer to God in every season. Hi City Hills family,
As a new school year begins, I'd like to ask for prayers for all children heading back to school. Please pray for their safety and protection, both physically and spiritually. May they walk into their classrooms with confidence, knowing they are deeply loved.
Let us also pray that they carry kindness in their hearts, showing compassion to every peer they meet. May they be light in their schools, lifting others with their words and actions.
And finally, I ask that their minds be open and excited to learn. That they become inspired to grow, and that they will one day be the ones to change our world for the better.
