Beginner – no musical background

Intermediate – can play a few chords, keep a basic rhythm; sing with minimal pitch issues; play a basic rhythm on a full drum kit

Advanced – can play chords in multiple keys, maintain rhythm in multiple time signatures; sing with minimal pitch issues, blend, and sing harmony; understands how to comprehend drum parts in songs on a full drum set

What is City Hills Worship Academy?
Vocal, instrument, and spiritual instruction focused on training individuals to lead worship in the local church.

Who can sign up?
5th grade to adults – Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced

What lessons are available?
Vocals, Piano, Acoustic Guitar, Electric Guitar, Bass & Drums

What is a typical worship academy night?
1 hour of total instruction. (30 minutes of instrument or vocal lesson & 30 minutes of musical/spiritual instruction)

Who are the instructors?
Worship musicians and vocalists that serve the local church.  Our instructors have several years of experience successfully instructing students to lead worship in the local church.

What is the cost?
Registration fee: $25
Lessons Total: $250 ($25 per lesson, 10 lessons)
