Lord, I am lifting up Pond Gap Elementary. Every single square foot. Please allow me to lead in a way that brings your people closer to you Jesus. I give you every student, every staff member, and every parent right now. I pray against the poverty mindset of my families and that you give them the strength to overcome financial hardships. I bind up the spirit of poverty, addiction, abuse, and evil from every parent or guardian that is dealing with this. Lord cover my children. Cover their minds and release any wrongdoing. I ask that you provide the motivation and stamina of my staff members to show up with the attitude of difference makers. Only you can turn this school around, I am just your vessel. AMEN!
