Let’s prepare the
way together.
For eleven years, we have watched God do immeasurably more than we could ask or imagine. City Hills has grown into one church across three locations, serving our region, investing in the next generation, and sharing the hope of Jesus around the world.
Kingdom Builders is an extension of the ministry already happening every week. Our tithes support the ongoing ministry of the church, while Kingdom Builders gives us a shared focus for the future and a way to give above and beyond to advance Local Impact + Campus Expansion, the Next Generation, and Global Missions.
This is not about every person giving the same amount. It is about each of us praying, listening, and responding to God with faith.

Strengthening every location and creating room for more people to meet Jesus.
Papermill Campus
Three-Phase Vision
Phase 1: Improve the North Auditorium, current Kids environments, and lobby.
Phase 2: Expand the lobby and improve entrances, flow, and gathering space.
Phase 3: Create one approximately 1,400-seat auditorium and expanded Kids and Next Gen environments.
Phases 2 and 3 are future vision and are not included in the 2026 goal.
Powell Campus
Kids Environments
Complete kids flooring, strengthen ministry technology, and renovate kids bathrooms to create welcoming, engaging spaces for every child and stronger support for every family.
West Campus
Permanent Facility Vision
Build the permanent facility fund toward an accessible West Knoxville home of at least 20,000 square feet, with 500+ auditorium seats, excellent Kids and Student spaces, weekday ministry rooms, and a base for outreach.
